As I am sure that you're all aware, Valentine's Day is on its way! And because of this, the most monumentally important of all holidays, the Host Club will soon be back in action! My failure as a club leader is inexcusable, and before we move on, I hope that all of you will accept my profuse apologies!

In addition, I have been assigned the task of patrolling for love potions! Toying with the hearts of sweet and innocent people is the highest crime that you can commit, and obviously, love created through cheap trickery isn't really love at all!

I will report not hesitate to report anyone!

Maybe you should ask Professor Crane. I know that love potions get more potent if they're left time to sit so if they're put in someone's chocolates and the person doesn't eat them for a few days, the effects will be stronger.

I don't think anyone who decides "I know! I'll make that person I like fall in love with me. They'll fall in love with me for real eventually!" is thinking straight.

Obviously, that's what I said! If they are not capable of thinking straight, they shouldn't be punished!

But they're still thinking straight enough to make the potion and slip it into someone's food or drink without them knowing about it. So they should be punished for it. Maybe repeat offenders could be punished worse than the first time offenders.
